1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Webfeed Solutions Private Limited (“Webfeed”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Webfeed offers website design and digital marketing services. The scope of services may be modified or expanded upon mutual agreement between the client and Webfeed.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the completion of the project. Any delays or modifications requested by the client may impact project timelines and costs.
4. Payments and Invoicing
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Webfeed reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not received within the specified timeframe.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the project, including but not limited to designs, code, and content, remain the property of Webfeed until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client will receive a license to use the project deliverables as outlined in the agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Webfeed provides services on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Webfeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Calcutta High Court.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Webfeed reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
