1. Refund Policy

At Webfeed, we strive to provide quality website design and digital marketing services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fair and transparent transactions. Please read the following guidelines regarding refunds:

  • Service Fees: Service fees, including but not limited to website design and digital marketing services, are non-refundable once the work has commenced. This is due to the nature of the services provided, which involve time and resources invested in the project.
  • Initial Deposits: Initial deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable. These payments secure our commitment to initiate the project and allocate resources.
  • Change of Mind: If a client decides to cancel a project before its completion due to a change of mind or other reasons unrelated to Webfeed’s performance, no refund will be issued.
  • Quality Concerns: If the client has legitimate concerns about the quality of the services provided, Webfeed will work collaboratively to address the issues and make necessary revisions. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request the cancellation of services under the following conditions:

  • Before Commencement: If a client decides to cancel services before the commencement of the project, a refund may be issued, excluding any non-refundable initial deposits.
  • During Project: If a client wishes to cancel services during the project, the client will be invoiced for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any non-refundable fees or deposits will also be deducted from the amount refunded.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to contact@webfeed.in, providing details about the reason for the refund. Webfeed will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Changes to Refund and Cancellation Policy

Webfeed reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
